At the same time institutional investors benefit huge amounts of information available to only the privileged few. The large investors benefit from large discounts, created by the purchasing power they have because of the volume of property they buy in a single transaction.
We knew there must be a better way for developers to reach investors and for investors to make better investment decisions and realise better prices. We strive to make this a reality for all rather than the privileged few.
